Seminars for All is an advertising platform for seminar hosts. A standard listing is $24.99 until the seminar date; an evergreen listing is $24.99 per month. Featuring costs an additional $99.97 until the seminar date, or an additional $99.97 per month for an evergreen seminar.

What kinds of seminars fit?

Professional education

Healthcare, accounting, law, engineering, teaching, human resources, and other profession-specific learning. State credit eligibility accurately and name the accrediting body if applicable.

Business and technology

Leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, project management, AI, cybersecurity, data skills, and software training.

Practical skills

Certification preparation, career development, trade and safety workshops, nonprofit training, and community learning with a clear educational purpose.

Prepare your listing

Free and paid events can be advertised. The organizer’s registration price is separate from listing and featuring fees. If a schedule, price, or credit approval is unknown, say so.

Payment and publication

Prepare your listing, complete the AI check, and choose listing or listing with featuring in your account. A passing AI check and the required payment let a third-party host listing go public. There is no human review. AI approval does not certify credit eligibility, guarantee attendance, or promise sales.

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Evergreen listing and feature subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Manage subscriptions and cancellation in your account’s Billing page. Creating an account or saving a draft does not make a purchase.

Sales for seminar hosts

GCExperts keeps a flat 10% of what it sells for a third-party host. A click-through registration counts until the seminar date, and forever if the seminar is evergreen. GCExperts retains the full 10% referral fee if a promoter or organizer refunds a registration, in full or in part.

Connect your existing Stripe account in Billing to sell registrations through the integrated checkout. The 10% is collected automatically from those sales. A link to an unrelated external checkout alone does not enable automatic collection or report its registrations to us.

Cancellation after advertising

If a seminar is canceled after it has been advertised, we do not refund the listing fee or the feature fee because the advertising has already been delivered. Registration refunds are handled by the organizer. GCExperts retains the full 10% referral fee on full and partial registration refunds.

Seminars from GCExperts

GCExperts does not pay itself a listing fee, a feature fee, or the 10% on its own sales. Federal Contractor University is an evergreen seminar from GCExperts and is identified as coming from the owner of Seminars for All. Its enrollment price is separate from these host advertising rates.

Publish after an AI check

Save a private host draft, then choose “Save and run AI publish check.” The AI decides whether the listing is fit to publish. A third-party host listing goes public only after a passing AI check and the required advertising payment. There is no human review. A declined or unavailable check keeps the draft private and tells you what to do next. Edit and retry from your account.

Editing a public listing makes it private until the changed draft passes a fresh check and its paid placement is active. You can withdraw or delete the listing from your account. Manage advertising subscriptions and cancellation in Billing. GCExperts’ own seminars are exempt from listing, feature, and referral fees.
