Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Last updated: September 30, 2026.

Who we are

Seminars for All is a curated webinar and seminar discovery hub. Seminars for All is owned and operated by GCExperts LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what happens to information when you use this site.

Information we collect

Browsing and search are public. Accounts are required to save seminars, prepare and publish host listings, or manage billing.

Account information

We store your account email, a password hash, a recovery-code hash, saved seminar links, sessions, and host listing information to provide your account. Email is an account identifier; we have not verified ownership of that address. We do not send account, host, or marketing emails from this account service.

Private drafts become public only after the required payment and a passing AI check. Listing text is processed by the AI service for that check. Published listing details are available to visitors; account credentials and payment details are not public. Account pages do not run Analytics.

Payments and registration attribution

Stripe hosts payment checkout and processes payment-card details. We store the payment and subscription identifiers, amounts, status, connected host account identifiers, and registration or refund records needed to provide billing, subscriptions, and the 10% referral collection. Registration information needed to fulfill a purchase is available to the host through the integrated payment service.

When you follow an attributed registration link, we retain an opaque referral identifier associated with the seminar and, when applicable, your account. A registration counts until the seminar date, or forever for an evergreen seminar. Server attribution records have no automatic expiration. The browser cookie lasts up to 400 days and refreshes on site visits; a saved registration link or account association can preserve attribution after the browser cookie expires.

Account recovery and deletion

Save the recovery code shown when you create your account. Use it to reset a forgotten password. Email-only recovery is not available. Account settings let you change your password, replace your recovery code, and delete your account. Payment, subscription, registration, and refund records are retained separately solely to administer transactions and refunds. Account deletion does not erase those financial records. Manage active subscriptions in Billing before deleting an account.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect raw payment-card details or email addresses for a mailing list. This site does not run an email digest or collect addresses for one.

Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies in use and how consent works.

How long we keep information

Account information is retained while needed to provide the account, with billing and attribution records retained as described above. Logged-in sessions expire after twelve hours; sessions before login last one hour. Abuse-prevention counters retain hashed network or account identifiers for at most twenty-four hours. Server access logs record request metadata, not passwords or form bodies.

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and keep records of our communications. Google Analytics event-level data retention is two months; user-level retention is fourteen months and resets with new activity. These settings do not remove aggregated reports. Analytics cookies are limited to sixty days without extending their expiry on each visit.

Third parties

Stripe processes checkout and connected host payment accounts. An AI service processes listing details for publication checks. These services receive information needed for their functions. When you follow an external organizer link or register with a host, that provider’s privacy policy also applies.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the banner and choose Reject at any time. This stops analytics and removes this site's Analytics cookies. Clearing site data also resets your saved consent preference.

AI checks and public host listings

When you request publication, we send the listing fields you submit to xAI (Grok) to decide whether the listing is fit to publish. Your account email, password, recovery code, and session are not included in this check. We store the latest check result with your draft. There is no human review.

A third-party host listing becomes public after AI approval and the required advertising payment. A failed or unavailable check keeps it private. Saving changed details withdraws the old listing until a fresh check approves the changes and its paid placement is active. Deleting a draft or your account removes its public listing and stored check result from the active database. Billing records are retained separately solely to administer transactions and refunds; account deletion does not erase those financial records. Do not put private information in listing fields intended for publication.
